Job Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts
Assist in Month End closing
Ensure all financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Coordinate with Operation Team and Payroll team for billing and collections. Ensure collections are cleared and billings send out in a timely manner and to the right parties.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Ensure that all financial deadlines and tasks given are met for month/quarter/year-end financial closing including balance sheet reconciliation.
Maintain and ensure policies and procedures adhere to company guidelines.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Job Requirement:
Relevant tertiary qualifications Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 1 years and above of relevant working experience.
Good understanding of principles and procedures of bookkeeping and accounting.
Knowledge of AutoCount accounting system or its equivalent.
Able to work in a fast-paced and high transaction volume environment.
Able to multitask and work under high pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word) Leadership and organizational skills
Proficient in financial and tax planning Computer skills and proficient in accounting system
Self-motivated with high level of integrity, work responsibility & accountability.
Acute attention to detail, highly organized, confident, analytical, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
