Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handle data entry and responsible for daily accounts recording functions
Process monthly billing, claims and payment
Compile and combine company direct branches accounts for auditing purposes
Assist in monitoring and planning cash flows
Responsible for timely monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts
Assist in preparation of forecasting and budgeting
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (eg: disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, account payable, currency changes, payment term)
Any ad-hoc task or duties from time to time or as per assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Required languages: Mandarin (advantage), English, Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or at least 1 year experience in related field
Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Basic Accounting Software
Basic knowledge in Accounts and/ or relevant fields
Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work
