Job Responsibility1.Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
2.Preparing statutory accounts.
3.Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
3.Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
4.Recording and filing cash transactions.
5.Controlling credit and chasing debt.
6.Invoice processing and filing.
7.Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
8.Bank reconciliation.
9.Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
10.Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
11. Process payroll and submission of pay advice.
12. Liase with kwsp, socso , eis and lhdn.
13. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
14.Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
15.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
16.Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
17.Any ad hock task whichever is relevant.
