Job description
1. Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
2. Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
3. Prepare bank deposits, general ledger, postings and statements
4. Reconcile account in a timely manner
5. Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
6. Provide assistance and support to company personnel
7. Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
8. Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
9. Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
10. Constantly update job acknowledge
11. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
12. Responsible for monthly staff payroll, staff commissions and incentive calculations, verifications on staff claims, staff overtimes, leaves and all other staff pay-out and statutory payments, i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB and etc.
13. Willing to work in long hours
14. Support on continuous improvement processes and ad-hoc task.
Requirement
? Preferably with LCCI/ Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent or any experience related with accounting
? Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
? Aptitude for numbers
? Ability to perform filling and record keeping tasks
? Data entry and word processing skills
? Candidate with SQL Accounting Software is required.
? Candidate those can start work immediately or within short notice will be advantage
? Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah (Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Pulau Indah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
SQL Software System: 1 year (Preferred)
