Handle full set of accounts
o To perform daily bookkeeping activities on account receivable/payable and daily/monthly bank reconciliation
o Perform Account Payable function, such as preparation of payment, reconciliation of suppliers' accounts etc
o Assist to prepare monthly and year end management reports.
o Assist to prepare monthly Payroll
o Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP
o Perform Human resources related duties and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum LCCI
o Minimum 1-year relevant experience and fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
o Good skills in MS Office. E.g., Word, excel
o Prefer to have knowledge in accounting software Autocount and sage payroll
o Multi-tasker, matured and able to work independently
o Team-player, good coordinator with team members
o Good communication and interpersonal skills-Fluent in both spoken & written for English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
