Job Responsibility

• Issue Delivery Order & Invoice
• Timely update customer listing
• Prepare full set accounts including general accounting, accounts receivables & accounts payable
• Review monthly reconciliation statement to ensure accuracy & completeness of transaction
• Prepare documentations / schedules for annual audits and liaise with external auditors
• Prepare Tax computation in compliance with tax regulations
• Filing and maintain proper accounting record
• Assist in Monthly Stock Take
• To perform any other Ad hoc related tasks from time to time as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Preferable Mandarin Speaker
• Open for candidate to apply for Puchong and Johor Bahru
• At least SPM, Higher Secondary / STPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Finance Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Fresh graduates Degree Holder are encouraged to apply
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent
• Required Skill (s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SQL accounting
