Job Responsibility

• Assist in daily administrative duties for the company;
• Responsible to customers admin enquiries on company product and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email;
• Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes;
• Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities;
• Responsible for maintaining half sets of accounts:- Invoice, AR payment, bookeeping, and arrangements for company events, and clerical deliveries.
• Must be able to work independently and team player.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin, English and Malay. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN.)
• Willing to learn and hungry for new knowledge and experience.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with good writing skills.
• Possess logical thinking and creativity, organized, careful, can communicate well with others.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Frasers Business Park, 4 minutes walk to LRT Chan Sow Lin.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Possess good communication skills ,both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
