Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities include:
- Maintaining proper day-to-day accounting activities and proper filing
- Liaising with auditors, suppliers and customers
- Processing accounts payables and receivables, issuing of invoices / cheques and preparing schedules
- Reconciliation of balances
- Handling all banking related duties
Job Requirements
- The role of the accounts executive is to ensure proper daily book keeping and filing of all financial documents, maintaining the proper accounting practices and following the company financial framework in producing a full-set of accounts annually.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision to handle full-set of accounts
- The accounts executive is based at the National Office in Kuala Lumpur and is answerable to the Company Accountant with regards to professional conduct and responsibilities
- Ability to use MS Excel is crucial. Knowledge of SQL accounting software is an added advantage.
