Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • To handle account and cash flow management.
  • To handle and manage multiple accounting entries, month-end closing and reconciliation.
  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts.
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filling.
  • General office administration works.
  • Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
  • To assist on any other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Able to handling of multiple company account.
  • Able to handle operation and account task
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly sales report
  • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and completion
  • To do and support the month end closing activities to close the book on the timely basis
  • To do follow up with all the parties involved in month end closing to provide the information in due time and ensure the proper information
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Education:  Diploma or high school level may be considered
  • Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
  • At least 1- 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
  • Good literacy in using Microsoft words, Excel application,
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Immediate job available
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Able to Multitasking
  • Dedicated and fast leaner
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Able to meet deadline, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skill.
  • To prepare, analyse and report financial results.
  • Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
