Job Description
Job Responsibility
To handle account and cash flow management.
To handle and manage multiple accounting entries, month-end closing and reconciliation.
Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts.
Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filling.
General office administration works.
Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
To assist on any other ad-hoc assignments.
Able to handling of multiple company account.
Able to handle operation and account task
Assist in the preparation of monthly sales report
Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and completion
To do and support the month end closing activities to close the book on the timely basis
To do follow up with all the parties involved in month end closing to provide the information in due time and ensure the proper information
Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
Good communication skills.
Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: Diploma or high school level may be considered
Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
At least 1- 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
Good literacy in using Microsoft words, Excel application,
Self-motivated
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Immediate job available
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
Able to Multitasking
Dedicated and fast leaner
Good communication & interpersonal skill
Able to meet deadline, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
Excellent written & verbal communication skill.
To prepare, analyse and report financial results.
Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
