Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • In charge of general office admin duties and correspondence
  • Perform administrative and secretarial duties
  • Plan and coordinate daily appointments for relevant company matters
  • In charge of accounting functions and ensure proper maintenance of account transactions
  • Prepare payment voucher, report and documentations
  • Responsible to liaise with the supplier or internal staff for any accounting and finance matters
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignment
  • Any other related job responsibilities as assigned by the superior / manager

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Finance/Acountancy/Business Administration 
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, SQL Accounting and others
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, meticulous and with positive working attitude
  • Working Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
