Job Responsibilityo Responsible for handling General Ledger.
o Preparation of Invoices
o To provide assistance to Accounts Manager for preparation of year end internal (interim audit) and external (final audit) schedules.
o Provide assistance to Accounts Manager in preparation of monthly supporting schedules to balance sheet and operating expenses to profit & loss.
o Responsible for preparation of General Ledger Report
o Assist in getting documents ready for Auditing
o Responsible for sales & marketing related duties including preparation of weekly report, delivery order for East Malaysia, requisition of marketing expenses from head of departments.
o Keep track of travelling expenses of staff
o Assisting to do online packing
o Other ad-hoc and related duties as required and assigned.
