Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Help to develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
o Assist to analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
o Assist to prepare and complete internal cost audits.
Executive
o To maintain full set of accounts
o Produce monthly management reports, handle treasury banking and daily accounting functions
Assistant
o Handling Accounts Payable and Account Receivables (Receipts) transactions.
o Cash Book updating and Petty Cashiering.
o Bank reconciliations
o Filing and any ah-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
o Executive: Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years experience in handling full set of accounts
o Assistant: Min Certificate in Accounting or equivalent. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
o Experience in consolidated accounts would be an added advantage
o Computer literate and good communication skill
o Meticulous, analytical and able to work with minimum supervision
o Preferably female with strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
