Job ResponsibilityJob roles and responsibilities:
Ensure accurate accounting entries into the system.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors' invoices, bills, etc.
Proper recording of petty cash transactions.
Ensure that bank records are properly updated.
Enter journal entries for month-end closing
Handle related functions and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management
Provide administrative support when the need arises
Assist and backup coordinating daily sales operation
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power point), Autocount.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred)
Preferable Mandarin speaking for dealing with China and Taiwan market.
Possess responsible & willing to work attitude and capable to multi-tasks.
Ability to work independently, flexible & good attitude.
Fast learner, good communication, independent, responsible, attentive person
Young and Energetic with passion to learn
Able to travel for company business trip
Prefer candidate who can start work immediately.
