Job Description


Job Responsibility
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Daily accounting operations and data entry of transactions in accounting system in a timely manner.
2. Performs daily, weekly and monthly accounting task as per instructions.
3. Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting records.
4. Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation.
5. Supporting supervisory by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.
6. Assist other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Candidate must possess at least STPM, LCCI, Diploma in accounting/finance or equivalent
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduate are also invited to apply. (On job training will provided)
3. Experienced as Account Assistant or Account Clerk is an advantage.
4. Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
5. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
6. Knowledge of any accounting system would be an added advantage.
7. Excellent math skills and detail oriented.
8. Able to work under a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
9. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
10. Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
