Job ResponsibilityJob description
Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounts Department
Assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part
Invoice processing, cross checking delivery order and filing
Posting financial transactions using computer software
Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
Book keeping and Filing
Job Requirement
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. On-job training will be provided.
Diploma or experience in accounting is preferable.
Elementary level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Work well with team, reliable, independent and self motivate
