Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Prepare and update budget records 
  • Provide expenditure allocation for a business 
  • Maintain records and expense reports 
  • Manage and control all types of transactions involving finance 
  • Manage payments such as salaries, allowances, claims and so on 
  • Participate in meetings involving finance 
  • Assist in maintaining and formulating monetary policy if required 
  • Prepare and manage documents involving finance such as checks, payment vouchers, purchase orders, invoices and others 
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the General Manager
  • Assist other officers in certain matters

  • Malaysians Only
  • Open to all genders
  • The minimum education required: Certificate/ Diploma? Degree
  • Able to work in Melaka
  • Must own your own transport
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.
