The accounts assistants responsibilities maintaining the billing system for both suppliers and customers. You should also be able to identify customers and suppliers needs with advance.
To be successful as a accounts assistant, you should be well-organized and adapt at using QNE software account. Ultimately, an outstanding accounts assistant should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times.
Accounts assistant's responsibilities include daily bookkeeping, ensure sales price are up to date, check/updates stock, issue sales invoice, fillings, stock maintenance, handling full set of accounts and ensure tasks given are completed on time.
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
o Have knowledge and experience on QNE software system
o Generating invoices and account statement
o Handle account payable and receivable
o Assist in any general office matters
o Maintaining account receivable files and records
o Assisting in general financial management and analysis
