Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
-To finalize the entire hotel sale for the day as well as to post the sales entries to the accounting journals.
-To check all Paid Outs/Misc vouchers are in order. Any irregularity of the issuance should be investigated.
-For the part of Front Office, to make sure all the bills was posted to a code and amount correctly.
-To determine guest account balance by room correctly documented and recorded.
-To carry out daily balancing of credit card transactions, posting all payments received and to apply payment
-Processing Government Invoice - Room Accommodation
Job Requirements:
At least have a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent;
Have at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
Experience in Hotel industry would be an advantage;
Must be independent, self-starter and meticulous with high integrity;
Have experience in handling financial accounting aspects such as closing of accounts, general ledger & bank reconciliations;
Can be counted upon to carry out instructions;
Have good working attitude;
Good communication skills;
Have strong commitment & initiative to perform work
