Job Responsibility1. Assist in handling administrative task.
2. To organize and maintain files & records.
3. Payment & banking related work (i.e issue cheques, prepare online transfer, issue payment voucher, bank reconciliation etc).
4. To prepare purchase orders, check invoices, delivery order or documents for corrections before entering into records.
5. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any Accounting.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fast working environment and a self-motivated team player is crucial.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Accounting Software (Xero/UBS/MySQL)
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Accounting or equivalent.
