Job Description
Job Responsibility o Keep records of sales and data o Managing the entire sales cycle o Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information o Stock checking and update o Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management o Managing the account's budget and invoicing the client o Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system o Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals o Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes o Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system o Maintain accurate financial records and statements o Perform month-end closing activities o Process payroll transactions in the organisation's accounting system o Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash o Assist in audit and tax preparation
