Job Responsibilityo Handling account and administrative works
o To update accounting records, data/journal entries for posting into accounting system
o To be responsible for general accounting processes, which includes processing of invoices, data entry, AP and AR, payment voucher and etc
o Assist in daily operations and maintaining of proper filing system
o Meticulous, hardworking and organized
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o To help perform daily accounting operation activities and function such as data entry, issue cheque, etc.
o To maintain proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
o Provide administrative support to accountants.
o Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
o Assist the department to ensure smooth running of daily operation in office such as clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail, basic bookkeeping and other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
- Monitor account receivable
- Liaise with salesman to provide up to date debtors
- Handle daily accounting operations, (sales invoice, receipts and payments)
- Liaise with account superior to perform month end closing
- Ensure proper recording, filling and documentations to support accounting entries
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, UBS or AutoCount will be added advantages
