Job ResponsibilityAfter 2years of Covid-19 pandemic which impacted travel industry, we are catching up by welcoming other markets to experience our XML world class service. To cope with this expanding, our Account & Finance account are looking for Account Receivable/Payable Assistant
1. Responsible for the general function of Account Payable
2. Ensure accurate, efficient and timely AP incoming invoices booking process, outgoing payment schedule and reconciliation
3. Ensure AP process are in line with the guidelines
4. To maintain all receivables books and account
5. To key in all invoices and payments into Accounting system
6. To maintain all receivables books and account
7. To key in all invoices and payments into Accounting system
8. To prepare bank and account receivable reconciliation
9. Assisting in monthly account closing
10. To assist in other account related matters instructed by immediate supervisor
11. To assist in ad-hoc matters when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
4. Can work over regular working hours during peak seasons (with overtime pay)
5. Deadline oriented, good working attitude and team player
