Job Responsibility- To be able to do full set account
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior
- To perform data entry into accounting system
- To manage day to day operations of the accounts department
- To handle accounts payable, receivable, or other accounting functions and performs variety of general accounting support tasks
- To assist in monthly account reconciliation and month end closing
- To assist in monitoring aging report
- To preparation of monthly reconciliation for creditors
- To ensure all accounting entries are complete, correctly coded and accurate when entered into the accounting system
- To be able do filling of documents and update cash and bank records
- To check invoice and bills consistently
