Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Receipts/ Daily Banking
  • Credit Control and Debtor ledger maintenance
  • Closing of monthly account and generation of accurate and reliable Balance Sheet P/L in accordance with timeline schedules
  • Ledger Account Reconciliations monthly
  • Preparation of informations and working external auditors
  • Review and checking all invoices, goods, receipts documents
  • Preparations of payment voucher
  • Ad-hoc accounting duties ,reports and reconciliations as required by the Finance Manager
  • Familiar with MYOB system is a PLUS

Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM
  • Part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/) Bachelor degrees in accounting is a PLUS.
  • Minimum 1- 2 years relevant accounting experience in areas of accounting transaction for receipts and payments, closing of accounts and experiences in working with UBS or MYOB.
