Belong to Bumiputera Company. We are Contractor G4. Nature of business is doing mechanical work, install the system for Fire Fighting and Shooting Range. Currently looking for an Account and Administration Executive.
Responsibilities:
o Computer literate and know how to use SQL Accounting Systems will be an added advantage.
o Knowing the full set of accounts
o Ensure proper filing system and all information posted in the accounting system are up to date.
o Preparing invoice.
o Follow up payment from customers.
o Handling HR function such as payroll, EPF, Socso, PCB, etc.
o Liaising with auditors, company secretary, government authorities on related job matter.
o Prepare, review, and submission of Form E, B, C and CP204.
o Able to work independently and smart working
o Responsible for general administration works and other relevant tasks.
Requirements:
o Possess LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
o At least 4 years working experience.
o Able to work independently.
o Computer literacy is a must eg. MS Excel and MS Word.
o Possess good communication and interpersonal skill in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
o Can start immediately will be an advantage.
