Job Responsibility

Accounting: -

• Perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Issue invoices to Agents, Transfer S/O to D/O, Agents monthly statement
• Transferring stock to agents
• To manage day to day operations of the accounts department
• Perform accounting entries into system,
• Recording company assets record.
• Perform prepare payment voucher for claims & monthly claims checking, etc.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.

 

Admin: -

• Perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Provide administration support to the Agent
• Updates the Employee Listing of the new hires for Payroll updates
• Typing letters, memos and notices.
• Prepare agents agreement

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma level;
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Familiar and experience with bookkeeping practices and accounting systems "SQL";
• Preferred language: Must to know Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia;
• Willingness to learn;
• Ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the Management from tune to tune;
• Highly developed attention to detail;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Active listening and good communication skills;
• Ability to work under strict deadlines;
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and procedures & e-mail is required;
• Discretion with personal and confidential information;
• Priority will be given to candidates who can start work immediately.
