Job ResponsibilityWe are looking for the perfect candidate who :
? Has a Bachelor's Degree or at least a Diploma in Accounting
? Minimum 3 years account / admin experience in property development or construction
companies.
? Strong multitasking skills.
? Excellent organizational skills and has a very very good memory.
? Strong mathematics background.
? Computer literate and able to write well in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
? Able to converse well in Mandarin.
Your key responsibilities are:
? Book keeping using SQL system, filing, petty cash management, cashflow management and
preparation for annual audit.
? Liaise with company secretary, banks or external organization.
? Manage monthly payroll, EPF/Socso and HR related matters
? Followup on post-sales administrative work (billings, collection, filing etc)
? Sales support and overall administrative work.
