Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
Students Recruitment & Marketing:
1. Manage, market, develop, and evaluate the academy's programmes and courses.
2. To plan and drive student recruitment activities, selection and admission.
3. Involved in marketing functions, monitoring the progress of activities, evaluating and submitting performance reports. To make sure the target is met.
4. Establish and oversee the processes to gather information on the effectiveness of the academy's administration, products and services portfolio and address client feedback.
5. Monitor the performance of the academy's products and services portfolio based on business objectives and performance standards.
Manage Operations & Learning Administrations:
1. Develop the academy's learning calendar in line with business objectives and resource and demand analyses.
2. Establish record and database management processes across the academy.
3. Oversee the implementation of policies, guidelines and corporate governance regulations across the academy.
4. To plan, propose and manage appropriate spaces, logistics, equipment, facilities, staffing and other resources needed by the academy.
5. To ensure the smooth running of office administration in compliance with the existing policies of the company and liaise with stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. 4 - 5 years of working experience in education or relevant industry with a Bachelor's Degree.
2. Analytical, well-developed organizing and planning skills.
3. Excellent business planning acumen, marketing, program management & budgeting skills.
4. Good to have basic digital marketing skill.
5. Sound knowledge of academic curriculum and student recruitment cycle.
6. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
7. Computational skills including excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
8. A 'can-do' approach to work and a strong sense of commitment.
9. Posses own transport.
