By clicking on the "Employer Registration" link, employers could register themselves by filling up the registration form.
 
 Security
Once the employer has registered, the Site Administrator will set the password, user id, and privilege for the employer. And at the same time the Site Administrator will activate the employer's account. Based on the privilege that has been set, the employer's could create as many accounts for his employees, so that they could view resumes of candidates and update or post new vacancies in the company.
 
 Ease of use
The employer can post, view, edit details of jobs posted. The employer could also view the total number of candidates (job seekers) with respect to various status like how many candidates have applied, short listed, interviewed, selected, held or rejected etc. The employer could change the status of each candidate as required.
 
 Update / Post of Jobs
Each job submitted, could be viewed by the public. But if the employer does not want a particular job to be viewed by the public, they have the privilege to hold that particular job from being posted.
 
 Mail Alert to candidates
There is an in-built control which matches whatever job the employer has posted to candidates who match that particular job requirement.
 
 Selection of candidates
Apart from the job alert which works automatically, the employer can select candidates manually to provide them with details. This is done by clicking on the 'Submit & Select Candidate' link. The employer could also view resume details of candidates by clicking on the 'Key Skills' link, and by choosing particular candidates that match the job requirement, the employer can send mail alerts to the candidate by clicking submit.
 
 Questionnaire
With the use of questionnaire the employer will be able to ask questions to candidates which will enable the employer to get more details on candidates before short-listing them. The employer could choose whether he wants optional answers (Yes/No), descriptive or choose the correct answer type. The maximum score is then defined for each question to be evaluated with the answer. When the candidate clicks to apply for a job, he/she has to answer questions which has been specified by the employer.
 
 Search The Database of Candidates
The employer has the option to have the general search or the Job ID wise search. The general search displays the whole list of candidates who are in the database, and could select candidates through date of posting. The Job ID wise search enables employer to click on the Job ID and select the default search option to search the candidates that matches the exact job requirement. When an employer selects a particular candidate, their status could be changed by the employer and the candidate will then fall under the category which the employer has marked them under. Viewing the contact details and resume of the candidate will be based on the privilege set by the Site Administrator.
 
 Filter condition wise search
This function will enable the employer to evaluate each candidate who has answered the questionnaire. The score for each candidate is calculated by the system. The filter option will list all candidates who have attempted the questions with their respective scores.
